Injuries

Set a timer for 5 minutes and make a list of injuries. You could start from childhood and work your way up. Or go backwards. Begin with actual physical injuries, but let it morph into any sort of injury that springs to mind. After 5 minutes, you can look at your list and do subsequent timed writes on any/all of those items. (As an example, check out my timed write called “My knee injury” under the Words tab.)
