3 Haikus fashioned from an old write

I found an old free write and assigned myself the task of using only the words on one page to create three haikus. These are the result.

1.

shattered on the floor

champagne flutes, a wedding gift

sweeping up the glass

2.

you propped the broom in

the corner of the kitchen,

tired, we danced slowly

3.

earthquake weather. hot.

hot sidewalks, hot blue sky. still air.

in San Francisco
